The spaceCompleted at the EOY in 2020, a vaulted living room welcomes you with ample comfortable seating when you enter the cottage. Retreat to three comfortable bedrooms, which feature high comfort bedding that allow you to rest after an exciting day of lake town adventures. Some house items you'll find include:

!!! The house runs on a septic system which means we can only flush down toilet paper and food !!!
Guest accessThe cottage is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Parking is free; the driveway "tucks" 2 cars alongside the house. You can enter through the front or back doors with a unique code provided to you before check in. Fyi - backdoor requires a slight tug when unlocking/locking. Must return signed rental agreement at least 24 hours before arrival.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

Having another friend join you during your stay? That's all good, as far as we are concerned. We simply require a $25 extra guest fee.
★ RENTAL AGREEMENT ★
We require a rental agreement be signed and return at least 24 hours before your check in.
Guest interactionHost will be available to text through out the workdays and free for further assistance after 4 PM and weekends.
Neighborhood overviewCanyon Lake is a lake town (obviously), but with a rural country vibe. You'll see several empty lots because it creates space. Neighbor interaction is very minimal, but you will see folks on morning walks. Corn will be provided if you'd like to feed the deer who visit daily. Be sure to check out the local wineries, breweries and restaurants; we left a few of our favs in the "red guide" :). Madrone trail offers a hiking/biking trail with lake views and access to the water. If you're looking for a scenic drive, swing by River Rd!
Getting aroundMostly everything requires a small drive and there are little to no delivery services. Lite grocery store (Lowe's) is 5 mins away while the fully stocked grocery (HEB) is about 20 mins away. San Marcos and New Braunfels sit 30 mins away, San Antonio at 30 mins and Austin at 45 mins away. Being that the property is in a rural area, 4 cameras survey the exterior.
